10th Annual Duck Tape Regatta Liveshot Preview 
NORFOLK-Will they float or sink? Find out when boaters take to water in the 10th annual Duck Tape Regatta this weekend.

It's Saturday, August 10 at the Willoughbay Harbor on 1525 Bayville Street in Norfolk.

It's a fundraiser for Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.

Boaters get four hours to create a "boat" out of a kit that contains a sheet of plywood, two 2x4s, a roll of duct tape, and a pound of screws.

Construction begins at 9:00 a.m.; the race begins at 1:00 p.m.

If you don't want to enter, join the crowd to cheer the boaters on.
